New to online training? An online training classroom is very different compared to receiving lessons from a home tutoring service or from attending a normal classroom setup. Probably the biggest difference is that both the trainer and participants use their computers to meet online rather than meeting face-to-face. The online learning environment is dynamic, it requires the use of a headset, a webcam or the aid of some other technology in order to communicate over the internet. Successful online training requires that you take some time to understand how different technology (voip, web-conferencing etc.) work to create a dynamic learning environment. Once you become familiar with the technology, setting up online training is not very more. In fact online training is very popular in business and education, where both voip and web conferencing has been effectively used to promote distance learning, and to save both travel time and money.
